Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing of your order. Parcels will be shipped via CTT. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent after the order has been shipped. ABLESIA are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. Parcels cannot be rerouted once shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for the performance of any third party services. ABLESIA is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local or internacional delivery errors.


We pack and ship all items within 3 working days of purchase. National orders takes between 1-3 weekdays. In the EU takes between 3-7 weekdays for delivery once shipped. 
 Outside the EU officially delivery takes between 5-7 weekdays. 
From our experience goes shipping might actually take a bit longer.


The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.


The personal details of the customer are saved into ABLESIA customer service register. ABLESIA does not give its customer details to third parties under any circumstances. By registering into the customer register the customer has agreed to ABLESIA using their information in communication between ABLESIA and the customer. ABLESIA additionally holds the right to use the customer’s contact information for its mobile and e-mail marketing. The customer has the right to check their personal details, make changes to them or delete them from the register completely. The customer is responsible for all actions performed in the webshop under their username and password and they must ensure that the use of them respects the conditions stated in this agreement. The customer is responsible for keeping their password secret. The customer accepts to obey by law and good manners in using the service.
